This year’s Annual Shareholder Meeting centered around a theme that reflects both our growth and our mindset moving forward: velocity with direction and purpose.
During the evening, Endeavor Bank leadership shared updates on the bank’s continued momentum, the operational discipline behind that growth, and the strategy guiding us toward our long-term goals. As CEO Dan Yates noted during the presentation, growth alone is not the objective — intentional growth is.
Since 2022, Endeavor has added more than $340 million in assets while continuing to focus on relationship-driven banking, disciplined credit quality, and long-term client partnerships. Leadership discussed the bank’s continued trajectory toward the $1 billion asset milestone and what that scale means for future opportunities, operational leverage, and attracting top banking talent.
The meeting also highlighted the investments being made across the organization, including:
- Expansion of treasury management and deposit-focused teams
- Continued investment in AI, cybersecurity, and operational technology
- Enhanced onboarding and digital banking capabilities
- Strong loan and deposit growth across both Southern California divisions
- A successful capital raise completed earlier this year to support future growth
Throughout the discussion, one theme remained consistent: Endeavor’s commitment to building a modern business bank without losing the personal relationships and local decision-making that define community banking.
The evening concluded with an open shareholder Q&A focused on growth strategy, capital planning, market conditions, and the evolving banking landscape.
